Nanophotonic Tagging for the Genome Sequencing Project

Gerasim Galitonov was a Research Fellow in the School of Physics and Astronomy, and School of Chemistry at the University of Southampton. He was awarded an MSc in 1996 and then a PhD with Biophysics in 2002 by Warsaw University. His doctoral thesis was entitled "The interaction of enzymes (purine nucleoside phosphorylases) with ligands, examined through emission spectroscopy and kinetics".
